The friendliest professional kind caring staff and drs I have ever encountered!

Here at st Francis,besides of taking wonderful care of our babies, they also take wonderful care of the mommies and daddies. When you pull into the parking lot you announce your arrival via cellphone. As soon as they are ready they will call and let you know it s okay to come in. I was greated at door where they escort your baby to the scale and then to your room. The tech will take time with you and get doctor. When done with doctor someone will come in and your room and they take care of billing and receipts. This is great. You dont have to run your baby out to car and juggle your wallet and credit card etc etc. When done they make sure no one is in your way to exit the building. No problems with some bigger babies or babies that are anxious etc etc...they are all wonderful at St Francis. I ve been with them for years. My younger niece was recommended by me and her new little baby and she loves it there...

I think the staff and doctors, especially Dr. Chasapis and Dr. Rufrano are the best. I have been a client for many years and the care and kindness shown to my last dog, especially at the end of her life, was exceptional. I have just adopted a new senior dog and she was in for her first visit. Lots of the staff made it a point to meet her and congratulate me. I think St. Francis is the best place for terrific animal care, attention to detail, and would highly recommend them to everyone, and I do.

I love St Francis. Everyone is caring and helpful. Dr Rafrano is super awesome and explains everything and truly cares about your pet.

Been going to St Francis Hospital for Animals for years with all of my many pets. The entire staff has always been professional, kind and competent and I would never take my pets anywhere else for veterinary care. Love love love St Francis. ??????

Dr. Rufano and her team were spectacular! Not only did they work really well with my anxious pup, but you can tell they just really care about what they do and, as someone on the pre-veterinary track, it is more than beautiful and important to see. Can’t wait for our next visit. Keep up the great work!

I am always so thankful that we found St. Francis for our Cooper. This was his first ‘sick visit’ and as always the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Dr Rufrano is thorough and knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about the well being of these animals and their families. Thank you!

Everyone there was great, a smile on every face. All my questions were answered. My dogs were treated with care. I would recommend St. Francis to anyone needing vet. services for their pets. I gave three stars for #5 only because we did not have that conversation, I did not ask either.

Dr Polehinke and the staff were so thorough and kind, and took the time to listen and offer the best course of action.

Never got my receipt/invoice as discussed and agreed upon. I will now need to call - slightly disappointing

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. My dog has severe anxiety about the vet and they treated him with care and respect even though he has a hard time and can be uncooperative. They helped soothe him and made the experience enjoyable

I love ALL the staff at St Francis Hospital for Animals! Milo ate something he shouldn’t have and they had me come right over and Dr Chasapis induced vomiting and he got up the foil right away. He took the time to explain the procedure and make sure I was ok. The front desk and supportive staff are amazing as well. Always so sweet and efficient. Thank you again!

I absolutely love this office. Everybody was very polite, personable, and professional. I would recommend this office to any Pat owner. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Rufrano and the entire staff did an outstanding job diagnosing, treating and performing necessary surgery on my (outdoor / feral) cat, Charlie Daniels. Everything regarding his the diagnosis of his serious injury, options for treatment, explanation of charges, as well as follow-up care was carefully and thoroughly explained.

The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the veterinarian was disappointing. It felt like many concerns could not be addressed in-house and were quickly referred out to specialists. I repeatedly heard that certain services were not offered at this practice and that I would need to see a specialist instead, which was inconvenient as a client. I would have appreciated more comprehensive care being available on-site, with veterinarians equipped to handle a wider range of services rather than needing to outsource so much.

The staff is always great and helpful and Dr. Polhinke is the greatest!
