Dr. Rufrano is the best we travel from Bethpage for her to take care of our Rosie.The staff is excellent and very caring.

The office called the following day to see how my dog was feeling after a routine check up and shot. What a nice touch to show they care about our family member just as much as we do!

The staff was amazing as soon as we entered, very clean and we loved how there is no interaction with other animals. They were patient, affordable and the Dr. is too notch, extremelyknowledgeableand skillful!! He took such great care of our dog like it was his own.We truly appreciate them and will be going back for every other appointment!

Very happy I went to St.Francis animal hospital with my little baby Mittens. Dr. Very good and knowledgeable took care of my pet lovingly and gently. Wonderful. The staff is wonderful very helpful and caring for the parents of the animals and to the animals themselves. Would recommend StFranicis for your pets needs??

As always, were were very pleased with the visit. The dogs were thoroughly examined, each aspect of the exam was talked about. We were part of the discussion and decision process. The staff introduced themselves to the dogs. It reaffirmed our choice to move our dogs care to St. Francis Hospital and the caring staff.

The Doctor & Staff were 100 percent GREAT! Doctor called me next morning to find out how my Baby Milo was! He explained everything again to me even test results! Would not consider going anywhere else! They are number one! You will not be disappointed by going to them!!

All the staff went way out of there way to save my dog life me n my wife thought we would have to put him down but for now he is ok hope it continues we will definitely use u in the future with all r dogs thank u again

All the staff truly make us feel like family ~ front staff are amazing with my Newfie! They all encourage him, as he just lays down when he doesn’t want to get weighed!!! The Drs are so wonderful and loving and totally explain every aspect of the care they are about to give! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr.Pohehinke is the best, explains everything in detail. Been going to him since 1997.

The only negative comment I have was about my dog being prescribed allergy medicine for a bump on the back of his paw. I called about returning it but never heard back.

Everyone at St. Francis was very helpful. I appreciate all the time Dr. Chasapis spent with Jett and especially answering all my questions.
