We LOVE Countryside. We know our doggo is well cared for there. He isn t scared of visits and is always excited to see the techs and the vet. Dr. Deidrich is wonderful and is great at educating patients (well, her patients s humans).

I LOVED the new process of calling when we arrived to have our dog brought in for her appointment and brought back out when she was done. I d definitely support that remaining as the way well-dog visits are handled or at least as an option if you d like to do it that way.

Dr. Denise was great. I spoke with her on the phone since you are unable to enter the office.

While not being able to be with my pets, the appt did go well. My hope is that by their next annual exam we can once again be face to face. Thank you for your efficient system in these unusual times.

Great care and place!

We’ve been very comfortable bringing our dog here. The clinic is doing a phenomenal job getting the pets in, seen and back to the owner. The two times I’ve been since March the technician always explained everything throughly. Fantastic job making the dogs and owners feel safe and comfortable!
