i drive 90 miles one way to bring our Lab Ready to this clinic because of the care we get from Dr Angela Braun, she is top notch in every way.

The attention my pet and I recieved was exceptional and the follow up exemplary. I would never consider another veterinarian group. I highly recommend countryside to everyone I know who loves their pets

I think that you are all doing a wonderful job during this pandemic. I did not have to wait long for our appointment. My phone was being stupid and the technician came out anyways, even though she didn t talk to me beforehand. We went over everything in person at my vehicle then she took Ginger in.

We love countryside!

Because of the COVID virus.. I did not see a receptionist. When I called to say I arrived; the receptionist was polite and within moments of my appt. time a vet. tech. came out to talk to me .. she was very polite and gave me hints about caring for my older dog. She took down all my concerns and was complementary about my pet. (which made me feel comfortable about sitting in a car while my dog was being examined). Within 15 minutes the vet.. Dr. Brian.. came out and told me about my pet s ( Prancer) examination. He too listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He gave me ideas about future care of my dog. He was kind and didn t act like he was in a rush.

This was our first visit to countryside. With curbside drop off & not being able to go in i was nervous & hesitant but all your staff took time with us to make sure we felt comfortable! Thank you for all you did! We will definitely be staying with you & ill be switching my cat over as well!

I had Cali at the Animal Referral Center for an emergency and it was a horrible experience!Insensitive, no communication while she was there for 12 hrs. Countryside, was so friendly, fast, informative, sensitive, kept in contact with me the whole time Cali was there. It s difficult not being able to be with her due to Covid & the staff made me feel comfortable having her there with out me. Thank you!

We are a new family to Countryside and I was very pleased with the first appt for my new puppy. They all really took the time to answer any questions and made me feel like they truly care about my concerns and my dog. Thank you all for being so wonderful!
