Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is hard to complete a survey without having the opportunity to come into the facility. Overall everything was great.

Thank you so much for offering car side service I hope this is a service that you continue to offer even as things get back to normal I am a dog owner that is allergic to most dogs/cats and I struggle with allergic reaction for days after every visit.

I want to commend Countryside for the great job they are doing with precautions to COVID. The office promptly replied to my text upon arrival. Shortly thereafter I got a call with some questions and the gal came out to get Meeko. Doctor Jay then called and we chatted about the appointment. The front desk called and went over the billing and Meeko was brought back out to the car. The process was smooth and stress free. Great job Countryside!

They are wonderful and couldn t ask for a better veterinarian.
