The questions don t really fit the experience since we wait in our cars rather than going inside. I gave all 5s because I am used to great experiences there. Also, I was there for a nail trim so we didn t talk to a vet...but again I rated everything top notch. You guys are the best!

Dr. Diederich was AMAZING. I was a littler nervous having Minnie go in without me, but she made me feel so much better! She was SO nice and helpful during the appointment and offered me many treatment options. She was very caring and even called me after Minnie’s adjustment and updated me on how it went.

It is a stressor for the Pet Parent not to be with their Furbaby while at the Vet . ESPECIALLY when they are sick and/or having surgery. The CSV is doing is doing a great job of the curbside pick-up due to the pandemic safety restrictions. However, it is heart wrenching to group our Furbaby in with To Go food order pick-up. A suggestion to reduce the stress for the Pet Parent would be to develop a virtual option so the Pet Parent could present during their Furbaby s examination.

Very happy with the way you guys are handling seeing everyone’s pets during this crazy time. I will definitely highly recommend going to your facility for all veterinary needs to all of my family and friends. You guys are a class act and very up to date with treatments, etc. Thank you!

Thanks for your outstanding care. During this covid19 pandemic we were a little nervous taking our pet to the vet. We were greeted with staff that was taking safety precautions wearing masks which made us feel very safe. Thank you so much. We will be back with our pet.

Happy with Covid procedures

I honestly LOVE the drop off service. Having two small children it was so nice to just have someone come out for our dog and then pick her up after without ever having to unload the kids! And I feel like the appointment went much faster this way as well. I sincerely hope this remains an option in the future. As always we love Countryside and will never go anywhere else for our pets!

I appreciate the care Dr. Brian has taken with Spencer (and me) with his ongoing health issues. He has the ability to be practical and hopeful and never pushes me. He treats Spence as if he is his own dog.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful over the phone and bringing my paperwork and cat to the car. Thank you so much for making time for Maryann and creating an appointment for her on a very busy day. I really don t think she would have survived over the weekend without fluids. Thank you again so much

Many of these are hard to answer due to new covid guidelines. However the staff did a wonderful job at making me and my pet feel welcome and secure despite the difficulties of me not being able to enter the facility!

The curbside worked well, thankful we had this option!

Vivid protocol is in place. The office visit for a new puppy went very well!! The receptionist was very friendly & explained everything. They came & picked up our puppy. The vet called & went over everything!! The process was perfect!! We are very satisfied!!

As we are in the midst of the COVID-19, I thought the staff took appropriate measures to ensure the health of my pets, and myself. I felt relieved that the technician was able to handle my sometimes escape artist dog without any problems getting her into the office.
