Everyone was great service was wonderful.

I was very impressed with everyone we encountered Monday. Dr. Sarah took her time with us and was very thorough and you can tell she truly loves her job, as well as the techs. Countryside continues to impress!

The tech who brought us back to the room went above and beyond making sure that we got back to the room without incident. Sometimes my dog can be unpredictable in the presence of other dogs. She walked a little ahead, checked around corners and was very courteous about this. Thanks again, because it can be a little embarrassing for me!

We had a fantastic experience! Everyone was very courteous, patient, informative, and caring. Dr. Popp made me, and my pet, feel comfortable and cared for, and provided a thorough and informative exam and followup. Thank you!

Dr. Popp was amazing with me throughout quarantine so this was actually my first time meeting her. She does a very good job of letting pet owners share concerns and things about the pet. A lot of times with vets I feel rushed to get out or stop talking about things I find important. My cats are very important to me and she treats them as her own. My cat flynn has tried to bite most veterinary staff in the past and I was pleasantly surprised to see she wanted to talk things out rather than display violence. She was very calm afterward as well. Will continue to see Dr. Popp as long as I can help it!

Fantastic visit. Only comment is that we were not made aware ahead of time to bring a fecal sample. Could be on us simply not knowing as this is our first dog. Thank you!
