Great visit!

Most of the questions did not apply to our appointment since it was a rehab/technician appointment. Our rehab tech Kat is always very attentive, kind, polite and spent this time a lot of extra time on scheduling our future rehab appointments.

Our pet, Bambi, was adopted about a month ago in poor condition. She is extremely frightened by people and new situations. Dr. Renee and the tech did a great job under the very difficult conditions our dog presented. We feel Bambi has a great chance because of the staff doing a terrific job! I used to be able to get same day appointments or, at the latest, a next day appointment. Now when I call, it’s 2-3 days before my animal can be seen. That is an unacceptable amount of time for me. If you can’t see your long-term clients in a manner they’ve grown accustomed to, then you should hire more vets or stop accepting new patients. There is a high likelihood I will be moving my vet services from Countryside within a year. Also, prices seem above average.
