Absolutely loved our first visit with Dr. Angela. She was so caring towards my high anxiety dog. Her and our vet tech took every effort to make her feel comfortable. We have found our new vet clinic!!

It will be nice to have a separate cat area at your new facility since kitties get very stressed. The room we were taken to was not ready when we walked in. The first person who took us in did not seem comfortable in handling our cat when trying to remove him from the kennel. The fewer times a pet is handled the better to reduce their stress. We are usually not charged for a claw trimming (2 paws) but we’re charged at this appointment. Has this changed?

Please remind people to bring fecal samples when booking the appointment. This is the second time I was not asked to bring one when booking but they expected me to have one at the appointment.

Dr Sara Popp spent a lot of time with us thoroughly explaining about skin allergies and what we should do with Murphy.

We were added in on a Saturday morning and brought back as soon as we arrived. The visit was outstanding-every single aspect! Many thanks to the Tech and Doctor.

We were thrilled that a cancellation came up and we were able to get Trixie in the next day to be spayed after establishing caee abd doing ger wellness exam amd shots. She is doing reallt well.

Countryside always does a great job from the first greeting you walk in the door, to the care and attention you give during the exam through to the last smile as we walk out the door. Keep up the great work!
