I talked with the tech….she was informative. I realize my cat is difficult and does bite. I try to remind the staff I come into contact with, but they didn’t suggest meds before a visit to calm her down and help her to not be so stressed until this past procedure. I appreciated the tech making the suggestion. Just wondering if the staff that saw Fury before had discussed this, but didn’t mention it prior. I want to make Fury’s visit as easy as possible for everyone….whatever I can do to help….let me know

Always impressed with the level of care! My dog was sick and they made time to see her even though they didn’t have any appointments available. Love the people and level of kindness they show and share with me and my dog.

From the receptionist, the Tech and the vet, you can just see how much they all loved animals and took such good care of them! The Vet was so caring and spent a lot of time with us assuring that all our questions were answered! It was our first time and we are looking forward to coming back!

Polly loves coming here. It s her favorite place to be - she always gets excited when I pull into the driveway - she s so silly. I also love the fact that you purchased the Shopko building so you re reusing valuable resources by utilizing a building that s been sitting vacant versus buying land - so you re preserving nature and I love that. I wish more companies would utilize the many vacant buildings that are out there rather than building new. I also love the location of your new building and can t wait to see that operational! Bravo for your decision. Your staff is exceptional in customer service and love how friendly everyone is there! A huge thank you to all!
