Bree just needed a shot so the vet techs did it and they also got the bandage off of her leg for us. I apologize I don’t remember her name but she was super kind and gentle with Bree. We know Bree can be snarky at times and the ladies gave her a weighted warm blanket to help with the visit. I am so thankful for people to help me with Bree. Thank you so much !

Sarah and Sarah both did an excellent job!Sarah the Vet,took her time and was not rushing. Both Sarah s made me feel like my cat was their main priority at that time!

It was our first visit. We were very pleased.

I loved everyone I can’t in contact with. They were all so friendly and amazing! The care coordinator was so patient with my puppy when he was afraid to get on the scale. She took her time and lured him on with the cheese wiz. I really appreciated how no one seemed rushed and took things at his speed since it was his first time at the vet

My dog Lucky seems to be doing better. He had 3 or 4 bowl movements the next day a bit loose.

The stars didn t work but everyone was wonderful - to me and my pet. Love Dr Sarah your staff! Merry Christmas!

The communication regarding our visit was poor. I had asked that we wait in vehicle until ready as my dog does not interact with other male dogs well and was told they d make a note and that was fine. Then when we arrived, I called and stated the same. Then several minutes later, I was called and they said they heard I wanted to wait in my vehicle for the appointment. I clarified that this was not the case but that we wait in the vehicle until we can go right to our room, then I was told that this is what is always done (it s not because it didn t happen last month when my husband brought our dog in for an appointment), then I was told they d send someone outside to get us. No one came, then we were called again to come in. Also, my husband asked for our card on file to be removed last visit (in November) as that card is no longer valid, most recent visit last week, same card still on file. Sale thing for assigning phone numbers and best contact, we ask for one thing in the file/chart and the opposite is always done.

Very happy with the experience. This office is the cleanest vet I have been to. Staff was polite and very helpful.

Very clean and neat,my dog is normally very nervous,they made her feel like she was at home.

Great to be back in the Fox Valley and as clients (canine/Maggie and their human) of Ctyside Vet

The entire team was amazing. I was so worried about my baby, and they made time in their busy day to see him, and then treat him. It was just like he was their own!

There was some confusion with records from my prior vet. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that your team would call for the records but that did not take place. When I arrived for my appointment there were not current medical records other than what I had available from months prior. I would have attempted to access the records in advance had I known it wouldn t have been completed. Though the option was given to give all vaccines updates we thought were required, I wasn t comfortable doing so until we have current records in hand. It seems as if this may require an additional wellness visit in a couple of months when she comes due on her vaccines.

Thanks for all you do for my pets! You all make the vet experience for them as great as it can be!
