I dropped my cat off for 2 issues. Dr. Nelson called me and went over everything thoroughly. She is definitely an asset to your practice.

This was our first time bringing our cat to the vet and the treatment she received was really excellent!

I appreciate Dr Nelson being able to deal with my cat who had a hissy fit while being examined. Ashley was not cooperating and Dr Nelson had the patience to complete an exam, give 2 shots and clip nails. I was also very satisfied with Dr Nelson’s explanations of Ashley’s exam.

I had a tech appointment for an arthritis shot but my kitty had been vomiting constantly for 1.5 days. I asked if she could be seen and I left her for them to check her out when they could fit her in. I received a call after exam and lab work was finished. Dr Hamilton was very thorough in her explanation of the lab work which I appreciated a lot. She was on the phone with me for a long time to also explain more options but we decided to just do an anti-nausea shot first. I never met Dr Hamilton in person but I did like her explanations and the way we decided together how to proceed with no pressure for more tests immediately.

All of the staff are excellent and my visit are always great!

I was very happy with the care that was given to Opie and appreciated the time that was allowed to go over the medication and how to administer it. He is much better and I am glad that I decided to have his ear checked out. Thanks again for always being a helping hand!!

Cat exam room was dirty along the molding and the weigh scale looked dirty but it might have been stained.

It would have been nice to get a call knowing when my dog was done with surgery and if they were doing ok. Also 3 weeks to get on the schedule seems pretty extensive
