Everyone was nice as always. I saw a different veterinarian than I usually do and she was incredibly kind but I wish she had spent a bit more time with my pet. My pet was scared but I saw a “caution” sticker on her file and I was taken aback by it and felt like my pets exam could have been a bit more thorough but it felt a bit rushed. She answered my questions very well though and was professional. Also, the vet tech suggested multiple times that my 4 year old pet was a senior now and was very pushy about bloodwork and I was rather taken aback by this. Every other associate that I’ve seen in the past has been incredible professional and knowledgeable here but the tech seemed new and maybe not as knowledgeable. I’m honestly considering bringing my pet back to be re-examined because I felt like it was not the typical thorough exam I am used to.

This was a problem-oriented office visit. I am grateful that Dr. Revercomb was able to see Penny the very same day (Friday) of my call to the office. Penny was examined and diagnosed and provided with medication. Monday morning the office called me to check to see how Penny for doing. Thank you so much for caring!
