I ve been using the services of HAH since 1997 and want to say that I think they re the best of the best. The vets are especially alert and attentive to the needs of the pet and his/her keeper. In those unfortunate cases where euthanasia is required, the vets at HAH have been extraordinary. They understand the plight of both the animal and his/her keeper. Their guidance and compassion through these tough times is above and beyond any I ve seen. Thank you, HAH.

We ve been twice now and both times, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff is so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The tech we saw was also very kind, compassionate, and very helpful. We ve seen 2 vets due to scheduling but both really took the time to examine our cat and were thorough, providing feedback that was easy to understand. We also didn t feel rushed. We are so appreciative of the help we have received from everyone here!

I would not change a thing. Everyone is caring and helpful and first class. The way you worked our Bosco in during his emergency just blows my mind. The caring never stops from the phone calls to the veterinarian visiting with family members about recovery and prognosis. We love your Hospital. Thank you!

It was a good experience from low waiting time to full explanation of medicine etc. I also really appreciated when I called in to discuss my dog’s side effects to the medicine I received a prompt call back. Thank you all so much for all you do!

Dr Ward was very forthcoming and answered all of my questions, spending adequate amount of time with me. Office staff and veterinarian assistance also are very thorough and friendly. This facility is terrific!

Excellent front office personnel, excellent vet techs and Dr Ward is the best! When my dog Heidi was ill, there was a quick and thorough diagnosis, and follow up by Dr Ward and by the front office.

The Avian groomer was very nice and my bird didn t seem stressed when she returned him to me after trimming. We will be back in 3 months. We live in a bus and travel so it is nice to find a trustworthy practitioner.
