Dr. Ward and all of the staff at HAH are phenomenal. I can t imagine taking my babies anywhere else. When I bring them in for anything from an annual exam to a growth removal, I remain calm and confident knowing they are in the best care they could receive. Since coming here in 2011 with our first cat, I haven t been to another animal hospital since!

Everyone was nice as always. I saw a different veterinarian than I usually do and she was incredibly kind but I wish she had spent a bit more time with my pet. My pet was scared but I saw a “caution” sticker on her file and I was taken aback by it and felt like my pets exam could have been a bit more thorough but it felt a bit rushed. She answered my questions very well though and was professional. Also, the vet tech suggested multiple times that my 4 year old pet was a senior now and was very pushy about bloodwork and I was rather taken aback by this. Every other associate that I’ve seen in the past has been incredible professional and knowledgeable here but the tech seemed new and maybe not as knowledgeable. I’m honestly considering bringing my pet back to be re-examined because I felt like it was not the typical thorough exam I am used to.
