I’m very pleased with the whole experience. They fit me in the day I called even tho my cat was a new patient and I have never been there before. Everyone from the front desk to the vet were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely bring all of my 7 cats here in the future.

We have tried almost every vet office in Rockingham county and you guys are the first that we feel seen in. Friendly staff that doesn t make me feel like I m bothering them when I call or wait to be checked out; knowledgeable and caring techs and vets that give multiple options, fully explain things, and give their opinion on what they feel the best options are, and behave as if they actually really like animals; great pricing, and absolutely LOVE the little synopsis/comments at the bottom of the receipt that greatly helps my memory, etc etc. We absolutely love you guys and cant thank you enough for being so awesome.

This was an excellent first time visit. We will be moving the care of our other two cats to HAH. I also appreciate that when I called in the following day with a question, Lynn took the time to check into it, and called me back with answers.
