We have been dog parents since 1970 when I presented my bride with a dachshund puppy as a wedding present. We have known quite a few Vets in those years since and have never been more pleased or impressed with the care and expertise demonstrated every time we bring one of our loved ones to HAH. This was my first time here! I want to give it a second chance- the front desk staff seemed nice. The vet tech had no idea why we were there. She made it clear that no one communicated we were a new visit. I had the appt for 2 weeks and confirmed multiple times. So I am unsure why she didn t know why we were there. The vet seemed like maybe she was having a bad day or maybe in a bad mood? She was still helpful and answered all of our questions. The vet tech did cut the nail a little too short and made it bleed but I understand mistakes happen. Overall not a great first visit but I am willing to give it another chance.
