Hatch and I had such a good experience when coming in for his eye infection. I was able to get an appointment right away, the nurses and vet answered all of my questions, and Hatch was taken care of very well. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call a few days later. Thank you for being such a wonderful animal hospital!

We felt well cared for and heard. We called to get an appointment last minute. Everyone was very accommodating and understanding. Thank goodness there was an opening in the schedule to see Dr. Nelson. We also very much appreciate all the front office staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

The staff here are the absolute best!! So friendly, truly listen and take the time you need. Bonus points for having the wave sounds in the rooms to help keep your pet calm from outside noise of people and other pets!

The doctor was thorough in her exam of our dog Pepper, and diagnosed the problem (arthritis). Now with medication, Pepper is doing much better. She s like a younger version of herself.

Dr. Ward and all of the staff at HAH are phenomenal. I can t imagine taking my babies anywhere else. When I bring them in for anything from an annual exam to a growth removal, I remain calm and confident knowing they are in the best care they could receive. Since coming here in 2011 with our first cat, I haven t been to another animal hospital since!
