We just came in for a nail ... October 08, 2018 We just came in for a nail trim, but I was VERY pleased with how the staff handled our dog. They were extremely patient and made the process very painless. Luna is not a big fan of nail trims so it is very comforting to know that she is getting them done correctly and painlessly! |

My kitten was given a deworming ... September 05, 2018 My kitten was given a deworming dose. When checking out I noticed that she seemed to want to use the bathroom. She was very distressed and went to the bathroom in the carrier on the way home. If this is typical with deworming doses, a small box with some litter for inside the carrier would have significantly decreased my cat a my stress level. Especially when U pointed out my kitten s stress to the receptionists and they chuckled and said I may have a present in the box before we get home. |

This was my first visit to ... August 30, 2018 This was my first visit to the vet. I’ve heard wonderful things about this particular office, which is why we chose to see the doctors here. The front desk receptionist was lovely- she was friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed in the 20+ minute wait time for my puppy to be seen. I was also disappointed that the vet didn’t introduce herself when she came into the room, which I believe is very important in building rapport with a new client. I’m hopeful our next visit will meet our expectations. |
