I was very pleased with the amount of time Dr. Dick spent on the phone talking with me. My pet is my baby and she made me feel comfortable having my dog in her care. She even explained things to me other vets assume the pet owner knows. I am looking for to our next routine visit here.

First visit after switching to West Orange Animal Hospital was great. Everything worked smoothly during Covid visit - wait time was fine etc. And Dr. Bruno took her time to talk during the visit.

Teddybear was seen as a walk in, the West Orange Animal Hospital (WOAH) treated him with kindness, was able to fit him and address the concerns that we had. We are grateful to the doctors and staff for taking the time to treat and care for our family member.

Was extremely pleased as always with the care we received. It was great to be able to stand by the window as our Munchie was examined by Dr. Bruno so much better than just handing our baby over and just sitting in the car and waiting, great improvement. I wanted to click on the excellent star for each of the top 4 questions, not sure why the star was not highlighted when I clicked on it, so that is why I explained here. Hope it went through.
