The staff is always so helpful and friendly, no matter how busy they are when I call. They always make time to help!

Given that this was our very first visit to the hospital and the dogs are new patients, we were incredibly impressed with how soon we were seen. My bulldog had pneumonia and we were in between vets , having just left our old vet hospital. The staff were so accommodating, getting her seen ASAP. And the exam report by the doc was incredibly thorough.

I am especially grateful to Dr. Boen for his patience and understanding about my request for help with obtaining affordable prescription medication for my dog and for providing script promptly despite the fact that he is extremely busy.

Appreciate the covid safety precautions. Dr. Dick was FABULOUS. I seriously wish more human doctors had her bedside manner. She was exceptionally patient in answering my Qs and was genuinely interested and appreciative of my Sirius. Lastly, the photo was such a nice, unexpected touch. THANK YOU WOAH!
