Dr. Dick was very well explanatory when it came to telling about the vaccines my little Ellie needed. All the staffs were very welcoming and warm loving to my Ellie, we can’t wait for our next visit!

I was very satisfied with Dr Boen, his staff and the experience. I should have done my due diligence in preparing for my appt with previous records. The staff was so kind in retrieving that information from the previous vet and didn t school me on forgetting to bring those (a big TY). And the Dr took time to explain my pet s diagnosis, listen to my concerns and questions, responding with amazing empathy. Impressive. I even had an auto incident in the lot and they were all so understanding. I heard how great this Veterinary staff was and I am very happy to have had this positive experience. Thanks for that.

The visit was perfect. Dr Dick could not have been any nicer and caring. She was great. I did not see the office facilities during this visit as my Maggie was curbside pickup. However during previous visits the facilities were alway spotless.

Excellent communication. Dr. Bruno was so nice and completely explained everything to me regarding my dogs. It was a pleasure! I love that she said she would email an estimate for the procedure/medication that my dog will have to have.
