Dr. Boen was absolutely amazing -- so kind and patient and generous with his time in onboarding a new puppy parent. Bravo! I am so happy to have found you.

I understand everything is a little strained with the Covid Situation and I couldn t be happier that I was allowed to talk with the doctor Dick through the window; when I was under the impression I won t get to talk to her at all. She was very patient and compassionate and answered all my questions. What a wonderful team!

Dr Dick is so amazing with our three dogs, she takes such great care and time with all three. We always feel like each one has gotten her full attention and she has been focused on each one.

This was a first time appointment for my puppy and every person on staff was extremely helpful. I had puppy less than 24hours and had a bit of health scare and the office staff fit us right in. Very empathetic and helped with all my questions and concerns. When running a little behind I was given a courtesy call to come a little later to not wait as long. Great idea! The vet called and spent 30 mins going over the exam and what to expect. Couldn’t have asked for better care from the minute I made appointment. Thanks again to the entire staff!

I ve been coming here since 1978. I always received the best care and have been happy with the compassion I received. I know I was squeezed in on thurs and I m so greatful.

While we certainly appreciate the necessary steps taken to keep everyone safe during these times, the main drawback to the curbside service is that we don t get to interact with the staff in person as we used to. The service is still great but we miss seeing you folks in person! Thanks as always and stay safe!

What I appreciate most is that I was able to get an appointment the day i called even though we had never been here before.Also I love the fact that the dr calls to see how my cat is doing

They are so nice to our pets and very professional with the vaccines and check ups. Dr. Boen is the best ever!!

I greatly appreciate all the time Dr. Boen spent explaining things to me and the patience he showed for all my questions. I’m also grateful that Dr. Perez took an extra look at Oscar while he was there.

The doctors and other staff are so patient and helpful which I find comforting as a new pet parent.

We felt so comfortable after speaking to the vet, after bringing home our puppy. She patiently answered all our questions and helped us feel supported. We love all the staff at WOAH. And the “my first vet appointment” sign/picture...so sweet! The icing on the cake!
