Wonderful first visit. Very friendly and professional Animal Hospital. I was so thankful for Gabby and her help getting an appointment for my Kitty Echo today. She actually fought to make sure our appointment was not taken by someone else. From there the technicians were warm and comforting. Dr. Boen was fantastic. Due to COVID things are different but I felt Echo was given the best care possible. We will continue our new journey with your Hospital. Thank you the Grabelle family

I have been completely satisfied with the level of care that my dog and I have gotten from WOAH. My Labrador is 13.5 years old. I really appreciate that the WOAH team takes that into consideration when making recommendations about her health care. The vets are especially good about helping me understand her overall health as well as potential problems they see, courses of action, alternatives and logic behind their approaches. When I’ve pushed back, they do a great job of either taking my thoughts into consideration, or helping me understand why a certain approach makes sense. The clinic seems to be well staffed, so I am able to get my dog in when needed. Their record keeping is thorough, so even when seeing a new vet, care is consistent. I’m sold on WOAH.

I understand the COVID-19 precautions, but we would have preferred to have one of us in the exam room with our pet. We feel no one knows our pet more than we do. Other than this, our experience was positive overall.

I was extremely satisfied! They worked in my dog who injured his paw, even though we were not previous patients. The vet explained what they needed to do and performed his minor procedure at the end of regular office visits that evening. Most impressive was the price! I told my husband after they said there would be anesthesia that it was probably going to cost a cool grand. The bill was a quarter of that. Wow! I will be back should our pup need attention when visiting the grands again. And my son’s family will definitely be taking their cat there from now on.

I’m very happy happy with office Dr Derek, dr Dick, staff. My cat Max need care almost every 3 months. They’re very helpful. I wish knew this place 7 months ago. Maybe my cat yellow could be alive.
