Your staff and system are great. My suggestion for the hot summer months is to put some benches out in the pet graveyard in the shade. There is no place to sit and a car is not a viable option in the heat, unless one is willing to leave it running for the A/C which is illegal in some states for being so bad for the environment. Benches in the shade would be most welcome!!!

Dr. Dick and I had a good phone conversation, but I look forward to resuming the face to face visits as we had formerly done them. I will never forget Dr. Bruno s (Donald) acceptance of our newly adopted Luke (back in 2008) despite him having some pitbull in his family tree. Later, as Luke aged, he explained how physiology rather than personality accounted for some behavioral changes. That was very compassionate, both for Luke and for his parents.

I really had a great first time experience. The staff was very professional and had great bed side manners. I will recommend them for their awesome services.

The took my dog on as an emergency appointment, although our regular doctor had no openings, the doctor who took care of her was wonderful. She explained everything, answered questions and didn t rush me off the phone. Hoping my dog recovers quickly, but absolutely appreciate and value the WOAH. Staff is wonderful.
