Dr. Fitzgerald was excellent. Really put me at ease as I was dealing with a really trying time with the sudden poor health condition of my beloved pet. She thoroughly explained my options and put everything in lamens terms so that I could make an informed practical decision while dealing with the emotional part of having a beloved animal family member with failing health. I’m hoping my per lives long and healthy enough to have future visits with Dr. Fitzgerald.

Everyone was very friendly. It was a welcoming environment and I appreciate the steps taken to prevent COVID-19 spread.

My dog Bella had gotten off her harness and ran onto Northfield Ave. Angela saw this from inside the office, ran outside to help me catch Bella, she ended up falling and she did catch Bella for me. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

Everyone was so friendly and spent a lot of time fawning over my dogs which they love. It was a great experience all around.

As I stated today when I spoke with Dr. Dick, I have been so unbelievably impressed with the entire staff over the last year and a half. The way that the staff has adapted to these new Covid protocols is amazing. The attention that I get during our phone conversations is so appreciated. You have gone above and beyond to make things easy during these rough times. I cannot thank you all enough and recommended your practice endlessly!

The Doctors and entire staff are caring, personable and so helpful. They really understand the importance of my rescue cat-Violet s health and well being and how much she means to me. A bit of a wait while our dog had blood drawn but that s understandable. We have always been very happy with our experiences at WOAH. We recently met Dr. Fitzgerald and she has been an absolute Godsend helping us manage our dog s illness, including at our appointment on Friday 7/30. We really appreciate the clear, open communication and practical approach.

Dr Boen is and always is amazing with our three pups! He takes so much time with the three of them, is extremely concerned with each of them and interested with how they are feeling and interacting, eating, and sleeping. Such a great visit!
