I tried to pay cash for food I needed for my pet. They would not accept US currency. They would only accept credit card by unsecured phone line or take my credit card from me into the building without me, to make payment. So I opted to not buy the food there, but instead from an online source with security features in place to make the payment.

I wasn t allowed to go in with my dog so cancelled the visit and am moving to a different vet. Sending a dog in by themselves is the equivalent of sending my 3 year old kid to talk to the pediatrician. My dog knows basic commands like sit and stay but she cannot have a dialogue with vet. What is the point of that? Also, I wanted to ask why your facility said my dog needed a rabies shot but I rec d paperwork from Orange County that said her booster was good until July 2022. Are you trying to charge me for unnecessary services? Not a happy client at all.

I wasn’t able to enter the facility due to Covid 19 so I can’t rate the last question. However, this was my first time here with my dog and they took great care of him, I also received a couple of calls after after his visits to see how he was doing. I have found our new veterinary for Marlon!

Highly recommend Brea Veterinary Hodpital! Both Drs and staff are the best. Dr. took time to call me after examining my dog. I would not go anywhere else with my dog. They also followed up with a phone call two days after to check on my precious Missy.

Dr. Forbes spoke with me via cell phone due to Covid restrictions which made it already a little challenging. I would recommend that she speak in more laymen terms because it was hard to grasp and understand all that she was telling me. I don t understand medical/veterinary terms or conditions so that was difficult.

I didn’t enter the building do to the safety of the staff. I understand and I feel my Cat still got the best care and the employees were very kind and friendly. I hope that some day they will be able to open their doors and we all will be safe.

I get not being able to come in for the visit but to make us wait in the car while the animal is inside is ridiculous . It is hot, there is no shade. First visit sat there for 2.5 hours and last visit sat there for an hour. Also you call to say you are there and then a tech has to call you and go over things before they get your dog. Can t that be done in one call? And why does the tech need to grill you if it is for a re- check. Check the file and you will know why we are there. Don t play 20 questions

When a mobile vet needs to come to the office to complete a procedure, it would be nice if we could be notified when the mobile person has arrived at the appointment prior to the one for my dog. Then I could bring in mine. This would avoid my dog having to be kenneled at the vet for an entire day when the appointment is at the end of the day, which is stressful for her.

I was charged for a 24 can dog food, in addition to the 48 cans that I had purchased. That was sloppy billing. Need to watch out for such sloppiness in the future as a general rule.
