Excellent vets, techs and care of pets. I have recommended them to family and several friends. The one issue I have with the visit on 8/10 was the bill. Dr. M said she would waive the office visit charge that it would be included with the procedure they were performing. I did not notice it was on the bill until after I got home. Called the office and left message that day but as of yet have heard nothing. Would appreciate this matter being looked into and resolution of refund of over charge being returned to me. Thank you.

if you have a patient and owner waiting in an examination room for a general exam, when an emergency patient comes in, DO NOT leave the first person forgotten in the exam room for close to an hour [or any amount of time], before informing that person of the ER patient. it is discourteous and makes your patient s owner feel like you don t care.

I think about the Dr’s and employees are the best. They go out of there way to make sure I understand everything. They care so much for our animals. I couldn’t find a better place to take my CAT too. THEY ARE THE BEST....????

I brought my dog in and she was so sick but Dr. M took such great care of her! She is doing much better and I know it is because of the care she received. I can t thank Brea Veterinary Hospital and especially Dr. M enough!!!
