Everything was 5 star. Because of Covid-19 it was certainly different and difficult for Dr Allison and us as well. However we know our sweet boy was taken care of with a lot of attention and love. I ordered food for Bailey that was supposed to be ready today. I called the office and it still has not arrived; I was told I would get a call back but did not receive one. I must now look for another source.

I appreciated that Snowball was wrapped in a towel and held close to the assistant during the exam . He stopped shaking an was more comfortable and at ease. I think this is new and is really great!

The office crew and vet techs are one of the most professional teams I ever seen caring and knowledgeable. The Vets are the best in the business very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable always treating the animals and clients as family. My dog loves everyone in that office we all feel like it s our home.

After the Dr. left the room after check up, I waited over 40 minutes for someone to come in and take my pet to give her the 2 shots and do a fecal test and then it was Only After I opened the door and complained that I have been in here 45 minutes waiting. Not Happy about the wait when it seemed a slow day. You forgot about me

If there was a price sheet the doctor could reference that would be nice. She estimated $16 for a rabies shot but it was over $22. The overall total was itemized well, but it added up to a lot.
