I actually made this appointment 3 times. I initially rated #2 as a one star as the first time I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot. After that time I left to pick up my son and because it being a warm day, I had my car windows rolled down and the lady next to me was angrily arguing with her daughter while smoking. Caught between the exhaust of the street and the smoke, I thought this was neither good for my health nor my cat s health. The score on #2 went up as I had to cancel my cat s 2nd appointment when she retreated under the deck for a long nap at the appointed time. Your receptionist was very gracious about my having to cancel, but then hung up on me when I said I wanted to reschedule. Perhaps she misunderstood me. On the 3rd attempt, all went well, hence why the rating for #2 went up.

My very first visit with this office was because my it was my dog s last days. The caring I received from the initial phone call with my questions and the actual day we came in made me sure this is where I would go in the future. I was not disappointed when it was time for my new dog s wellness care. Everyone is friendly, things are explained, questions are answered, costs are reasonable and I trust them with my dog s care.

I have been coming here for a long time and I am still coming. No complaints.

I came in on an emergency appointment. I waiting about 30 minutes but was glad to be seen as my dog was simpering in pain. As I was outside I cannot say if it was clean.

Waiting in the parking lot was fine. Attendant was very sweet and came out to get pet. Dr. was clear and helpful. Billing was explained before service and reasonable. All wore masks and its all good.

This is a great facility with amazing doctors and staff. Their attention to detail and follow up are impeccable and I am so glad that we found such a caring and professional group to bring our pets too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of their services!

I had to wait in my car in the parking lot. I was not able to go in with my dog for the appointment which is stressful. As always, Dr Massenzio and staff were kind and patient with anxious “parent.” We love everyone at Brea Vet.and appreciate their care of our pet.

I was told by office staff that my dog was due for vaccinations which was the ONLY reason I brought her in during this “curbside” type care. When staff explained charges/care no vaccinations were completed, she was up to date on everything. Additionally a simple request to look at what appeared to be a mole became a possible mast cell tumor, with very costly diagnostic procedures recommended. In person services allow conversation with the veterinarian regarding my dog’s healthcare.

I really appreciate the follow up phone calls.
