I really appreciate how efficient the entire process was. I also appreciated the personal phone call from Dr. Forbes to discuss our cat s health. We always know our cats are in the best care here!

Can t go in the office yet so I don t know if it s clean. Whomever I first talked to on the phone to find out the cost of the visit and vaccinations was very very rude. This is not the first time. She interrupted me several times and seemed upset to have to give me any information I needed.

With the current situation upon us, the staff and vets have been extremely caring and understanding.

The Covid precautions are excellent and efficient however, parking is a problem and waiting for your pet in the car sometimes means that you are locked in. Possibly come to an arrangement with McCullouchs Show Store about sharing some of their parking spaces. Next time I will park on the side street and walk if it s not too hot.

We are still not allowed to go inside, so I can’t answer the last question. The Vet called after checking my cat and answered all my questions and how too take care of my cat. Very happy with the service I received.

Looking forward to face to face meetings with the vet when Covid restrictions are over

I love the online appointment. I was sad not to be able to go in even with a mask on but I understand Covid precautions are in place. However I still found everything extremely convenient and the staff very friendly. I did not see the doctor is my pet did not need to see the doctor she saw one of the staff for testing

No parking!

Parking is awful. Especially, when people take two spaces with small cars.

We so appreciated 1) adjusted costs for care and 2) follow up phone calls

The groomer at a local facility said my dog would not let her cut the dog’s nails. Called the vet to see if they would cut her nails, felt a little foolish seeing they deal with the wellness of animals. They happily set up an appointment for her the following day. I was told she was very good getting her nails done. The people at Brea Animal Hospital handle animals a hundred percent better than professional groomers!!!!!!
