I was extremely pleased with the service I received for my sick kitty and the doctor being very through testing her for diagnosis. So I referred a new client that evening that is a friend with 3 dogs. She has a dog with a bowl obstruction and your office stated the first available appointment was in ~2 weeks. That makes me very nervous as a new client that if my kitty has another emergency you could not help her. So what are my other options for an emergency? Thank you, Erin

Everyone was very nice to me and my dog, Rooty. Dr. Dean walked in, patted my dog, held him gently and he was thorough, patient, and very courteous. I was very pleased with our visit, and I highly recommend North Valley Pet Hospital.

The Best Care is side by side with Ranger being comfortable with the Staff are the most important. It s been the same with my previous pets.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. It s relaxing and easy to follow their way to room. Clean rooms. My dog and cat were completely calm through the entire visit. Including after vaccinations and procedures.

Always quick and easy. Staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Dean is FANTASTIC, he s the BEST vet we ve ever had. So knowledgeable and caring for my pets and one of them bites him evertime with his beak and Dr. Dean doesn t even flinch.
