All of my fur babies go to North Valley and have been for many years. Thank you for everything and such a passionate family of staff members.

The only thing I noticed was that the room I was in had a cat tree that did have some fecal matter on it from animals before our visit... So I didn t really want my cat to go over to it. Everything else was great as always! Your facility has the best employees I have ever seen. They are so kind when putting my babies down and so much fun when we are there for a check up!

I have been using this facility since 2012 and have never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful and the Drs are great with my animals. The facility is always clean and fresh. My only suggestion is keep up the good work. Thanks for your service.

Dr Dean was very good with our new dog Mocca. He is always very pleasant to talk to. The staff is very polite and professional

I just wish they were able to get more staff to enable them to open more days once again.

Called as my invoice was confusing as I called the office to explain why it showed a credit balance which is misleading.But it was explained and she stated I had this credit the next time I come in.

I was treated sooo respectful & uplifting when I first came in and the gal that tested the teeth of my cat.... was a sweetheart on soo many levels. Her recommendations and wisdom was wonderful. ALL BROUGHT SMILES AND PEACE TO ME !!! THANK YOU.. IN LOVE AND GRATITUDE.. CLEO

This is a well organized office with a wonderful staff and 2 amazing vets. You may pay a bit more but know that your furbaby is getting the best care possible!/

I’ve been coming there for over 10 years… it’s always been great but especially since Dr. Dean took it over. Dr. Kate is ALWAYS wonderful and takes such good care of us., not just my pets but is always patient and explains everything to me. I truly appreciate all your team does for us.

Everyone there is so pleasant and helpful! And Bree does a great job with our cat Sara trimming her nails!! Excellent!!!!
