Thank you for getting me in on short notice with Katie problem

Excellent patient care. My sweet dog needed to be spade and Dr Dean took great care of her. I could tell she was treated with great care and love. She is recovering well and hardly even seems to notice that anything was done to her. She also had a second issue, hip dysplasia. Which Dr. Dean explained clearly to me and what the options were to manage it. I would highly recommend North valley for all my pet needs.

I was only able to get in due to a cancellation. My dog was suffering from an ear infection and an eye infection. The suggestion was offered when I attempted to make an appointment that I try another vet. During a peak season, it would improve treatment for all of the animals if a temporary doctor could be hired or hours increased at the facility.

Dr Dean always spends time and explains everything very well. Very much appreciated 50.00 gift certificate towards lab work at Christmas time.

As far as the billing procedures, that never came up, so it s hard to really answer that question. Not really sure what was meant.

Our cat Sara goes here for a nail trim about every three months and the staff here is wonderful!!! She doesn’t leave stressed because they are so patient with her because she does not like the nail trim. They are all very good to her and Bree got to know Sara and is so good and patient with her… Bree does a wonderful job!! We are very pleased and happy with the care Sara gets here!! Excellent!!!!!!

Best place to take any animal. Very caring each visit. This one was a hard one since my dogs cancer came back but she is doing good for now. Thank you all for doing what you do.

We were the last appointment of the day with 2 pets but no one rushed us. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Dean and the techs listen to my concerns and are especially patient with my anxious dog. I feel confident that my pets are getting the best health care.
