I just love this vet office. You guys are like family. Always treat us and our pets with the best care. I absolutely love you guys.

I very much appreciated the staff all being friendly, available, helpful. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my cat. Dr. Dean never rushed us and listened to me. I didn t ever feel like it was only about the money. And I felt prices were fair in todays market.

not sure that the stars registered my vote, but they were 100% 5 Stars. Love this place! They always provide us with excellent service and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of their services. Their staff is caring and compassionate-Dr. Dean is knowledgeable, caring and thourough in his explanations. Who could ask for anything more?

I came in 40 minutes early for labs, the labs still weren t taken until my actual appointment time. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for the lab results beyond the start of my appointment time,then my consultation started. At least 90 minutes spent in office that day, I wouldn t even mention it if I hadn t shown up so early 40 minutes.

I have been so happy with the staff. They call every morning to check on Midge and answer any questions I might have. A lot of negative remarks show up on this site bad mouthing the vet services in Bullhead. I have had nothing but good service at North valley.

Afternoon appt and wait time was a little long. With that said it was so totally understandable as Dr Dean had 2 emergencies earlier. Did it mind the wait at all. Love Dr Dean and Dr Kate, and all the staff are super friendly. I’d never take my animals anywhere else. Thank you

My husband took my dog to a tech appointment. After the service no info on issue/result/resolution was offered. My husband also did not ask. But I’d think they would let us know what they found without having to ask.

The meds that was given for my dog VERY VERY COSTLY, Wont to that Agen.
