We were the last appointment of the day with 2 pets but no one rushed us. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Dean and the techs listen to my concerns and are especially patient with my anxious dog. I feel confident that my pets are getting the best health care.

I have been coming to your office with my fur babies since it was Dr. Pam. (1987), and always a great experience. Dr. Dean came to my house in 2015 to help my Dane/Retriever cross the rainbow bridge. Very compassionate.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received for my sick kitty and the doctor being very through testing her for diagnosis. So I referred a new client that evening that is a friend with 3 dogs. She has a dog with a bowl obstruction and your office stated the first available appointment was in ~2 weeks. That makes me very nervous as a new client that if my kitty has another emergency you could not help her. So what are my other options for an emergency? Thank you, Erin
