North Valley has saved Ace more than once since he likes to eat things that are not good for him like oleanders and found marijuana at the dog park. The staff has always been very caring and helpful.

All of my fur babies go to North Valley and have been for many years. Thank you for everything and such a passionate family of staff members.

The only thing I noticed was that the room I was in had a cat tree that did have some fecal matter on it from animals before our visit... So I didn t really want my cat to go over to it. Everything else was great as always! Your facility has the best employees I have ever seen. They are so kind when putting my babies down and so much fun when we are there for a check up!
