All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Dr took plenty of time to answer all my questions and provided good suggestions to help train my new puppy. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you.

Having recently moved from Telluride, CO to Bullhead City I was a bit nervous to leave my Vet. I was very impressed with the professionalism, expertise and such a nice and clean Pet Clinic. I highly recommend North Vslley Pet Hospital.

I appreciate the care my pets receive at Notth Valley Prt. I can schedule routine visits with no problem. However, when a sudden medical issue occurs it is difficult to get an appointment. At one time I was referred to another doctor. It worked out okay, but I would have been more comfortable at North Valley.

I had a very pleasant visit and Dr. Dean spent time explaining and answering my questions. The wait was longer than usual but, of course, I m sure unforeseen events happen that can cause that. I appreciate the office staff accommodating my pet, who is not dog friendly, with a call when the room was ready.

I did have to wait a while to get on your schedule, but I can understand why your office is so busy. The staff was courteous & friendly, and the doctor was patient with all of our questions and concerns. He took the time to fully explain my dog s problems. I just love this place!

I was worried about my little dog and I was so glad to be able to bring her in the day I called to make an appointment. The doctor and all the employees were very efficient. The doctor did a thorough exam checking her completely.

Love the ladies who are so gentle with our Loki parrot.

When I called to make the dental appointment, I was surprised/ dismayed that there was a 2 month delay in getting the appointment. Other than that the office staff are curteous, friendly and professional. They seem to treat each animal as there own.
