I understand the need to relook at fees to remain profitable, but a 40% increase for a follow-up visit is excessive. No meds, no shots, just services. I hope your staff members got nice raises.

Dr Dean & Staff were very accommodating. They quickly got my Chorkie in when he was in a lot of pain. 24 hours later he is 80% back to normal. 48 hours later, even better. It was a dire situation, he s a senior dog and was suffering. North Valley listened and it was not an extravagant bill. Well worth getting my Chile better. The staff was gentle and extremely efficient. Thank you

North Valley Pet Hospital has been making taking care of my pet easy for the last 6 years. They never pressure me to pay for a service that I am not sure of, and they are always happy to explain any service or procedure I am in question of. We have also used their boarding service, and they have taken very good care of our dog.
