THE OFFICE STAFF VERY NICE, DR. WALKED IN GAVE SHOTS TOOK 2 MIN . TOLOOK IN EARS, EYES AND TEETH THEN WALKED OUT. VERY RUDE. IF I HAD QUESTIONS I COULD ASK STAFF. WHEN I GOT THE BILL IT WAS $155 FOR 4 SHOTS AND A RUDE DR. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW VET.

Ladies up front are always super friendly and accommodating! I love Dr. Dean!! He took extra time with our older dog to explain everything, suggestions to help, and the whys and ways to move forward! North Valley is the best!!
