A lot of people don t like to be honest with surveys they feel like it will be passed on to them in a negative Way, I was very happy I could get in to get my dog an allergy shot. I did have to wait for back staff to come get him after 2 times and a phone call by front staff to tell them that I was There, when they came to get him she seemed very irritated at me, your front staff Said I was wondering why it was talking so long the truth in that story is that the front staff didn t want to call the back staff the 2nd or 3rd time because they were afraid of them getting mad at them. I have been in management a long time That s not great knowing there s that sense of non team going on. The Dr is Great I do wish you weren t so expensive I know things are bad I was surprised that your prices are More expensive then Vegas. Again I like the Care you give my Dog I appreciate your office just wanted to pass that info to you.

Scheduled Appoint I always come early but it seems I have to wait longer to be seen....Froze last Appointment was very cold in the examination room waiting for Dr..

Excellent patient care. My sweet dog needed to be spade and Dr Dean took great care of her. I could tell she was treated with great care and love. She is recovering well and hardly even seems to notice that anything was done to her. She also had a second issue, hip dysplasia. Which Dr. Dean explained clearly to me and what the options were to manage it. I would highly recommend North valley for all my pet needs.

I was only able to get in due to a cancellation. My dog was suffering from an ear infection and an eye infection. The suggestion was offered when I attempted to make an appointment that I try another vet. During a peak season, it would improve treatment for all of the animals if a temporary doctor could be hired or hours increased at the facility.

Dr Dean always spends time and explains everything very well. Very much appreciated 50.00 gift certificate towards lab work at Christmas time.

As far as the billing procedures, that never came up, so it s hard to really answer that question. Not really sure what was meant.
