I had a great experience at Loving Touch. From the minute I walked in the staff was incredibly professional and kind. The Dr. took her time to examine Nellie and explained everything to me and my husband. She answered all our questions. The office was clean and welcoming, and I felt very confident Nellie was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them!

One of the best vet appts ever. We knew the charges before the appt and it was reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly, personable, polite and knowledgeable. The Vet did a thorough exam and took her time explaining everything and gave us plenty of time and attention answering our questions. She didn’t push procedures on us but let us know anything that was wrong with our kitty. Highly recommend.

I was fine for everything with one exception the man in the back when I walked to ask him a question he walks away, so I had to speak. Louder to get him to stop to answer my question about the time the door is open because of the message we received. He was not friendly at all.

Was so wonderful to have our first vet experience at Loving Touch! They listened, were so helpful, educated me, they were loving towards my dog and my baby, and they gave our pet the remedies she needed. Would absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone. The price was reasonable and they got me a next day visit which is almost impossible for vet offices! Thank you to Erin at the front desk for squeezing us in to a cancellation.

I felt like I was listened to and the team took time to explain the issues and what was being administered to help my cat. The team was genuinely concerned and empathetic with my animal and were awesome.

Buttons recieved excellent care. Got an appt in 2 days. Not sure if I can cont to come...I feel the bill was very expensive. Just being honest. Thank you

This was our first time here. They listened to me too their time with my ozzy boy and helped figure out what was wrong. I was on a budget and they prioritized the most important things and took the time to come up with a plan of action. I didn t feel rushed and feel they did an awesome job. They were also so so patient with me and my dog. I had so many questions and my dog was super nervous.

The staff was excellent, gentle and efficient care with genuine results.

Can you guys offer like you used to days when certain shots or things are a discount or special sales price like you used to I think you used to do it at certain times of the month

Did not see the provider, however the tech who clipped Garrus s nail was very friendly & professional. He did a great job. Receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very grateful Loving Touch is now open & in my area!
