I was very satisfied with the grooming we recieved. we have a mainly husky lab (as well as a few other breeds) mix dog and we have been struggling to find a groomer that could do a good proper deshedding of her. The groomer here did an amazing job and did the best desheeding we have seen. We will be bringing our dog back here again the next time she needs a grooming.

Please stop sending in the person before the vet… it feels far more like your hard selling things than caring for the animal. Personally i choose to come to Loving Touch for Dr. Small’s recommendation, the fact that a tech comes in suggestive selling things is gross and off putting. Also the survey shouldn t default to 5 stars.

I loved the place and the staff and Dr. Small seemed very knowledgeable about what I was explaining to her and her explaining to me the course we are going to take with Kobe. The only thing negative I would have to say is that the entrance was not very disabled person friendly. I found the door hard to open and when I came in I banged it against the wall. I just don t want to be responsible for fixing a wall or repairing a broken door or glass. If you had a button to push or an automatic door opener that would be great.

Please consider removing the Covid restrictions. I was made to feel like I was unwelcome, dirty, and a problem by the strict masking and limited access to the facility and personnel. The front entrance looks terrible; it’s very uninviting and makes me wonder what’s going on behind the stop signs and shaded door. The bond of trust and connection is no longer available due to this. I was very disturbed and disappointed by this situation.
