We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of Matilda’s exam. Harold was so kind and spent a lot of time collecting information on Matilda and answering all our questions. Dr. Jaboda also spent a lot of time with us and was very patient with us and Matilda. From the receptionists on everyone was so kind and welcoming!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit! As a first time pet owner, I came to Loving Touch by recommendation after a bad experience at another vet. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated the cost transparency throughout. I wasn’t made to feel silly for any of my questions and Dr. Smalls-Deliman was patient and very kind. Loved Dr. Smalls. Chloe was hiding under the chair, and she got down on the floor and talked to her and examined her right on the floor. She is fabulous!

What I really liked is they could see my puppy was in distress while in their cage and took her out so she wouldn t hurt herself..good side of it is I know she got plenty of cuddles
