All of the staff was great, very friendly. The tech and Dr Smalls were VERY thorough, took a lot of time with Gia and explained everything they were doing, procedures, billing, offered advice on how to help her adjust to her new environment,etc.! I was contacted with her lab results promptly!! Thank you!!

The doctors and staff at Loving Touch are always great - They care about my pets and listen to my concerns.

It would be helpful to have visit notes listed on invoices or provided separately. It s hard to remember everything that was discussed or there may be something that wasn t discussed but is important to know. I ve seen this at other vets where they list all of the visit notes/treatment plan at the bottom of the receipt. For the latest visit, I didn t know there were a few extra prescriptions sent to the Pharmacy. It would have been helpful to have that listed in a treatment plan so I know what to expect.

I had a great experience at Loving Touch. From the minute I walked in the staff was incredibly professional and kind. The Dr. took her time to examine Nellie and explained everything to me and my husband. She answered all our questions. The office was clean and welcoming, and I felt very confident Nellie was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them!

Everyone was very understanding and explained everything. Very friendly staff , easy to get an appointment.

One of the best vet appts ever. We knew the charges before the appt and it was reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly, personable, polite and knowledgeable. The Vet did a thorough exam and took her time explaining everything and gave us plenty of time and attention answering our questions. She didn’t push procedures on us but let us know anything that was wrong with our kitty. Highly recommend.

I was fine for everything with one exception the man in the back when I walked to ask him a question he walks away, so I had to speak. Louder to get him to stop to answer my question about the time the door is open because of the message we received. He was not friendly at all.
