Loving Touch Animal clinic has always treated us with absolute kindness and are the reason both of my cats are healthy.

Thank all of the staff and also Dr. Smalls. It is the best place I have ever been to. My cat got out of his carrier and it was raining . About eight staff members came out to find Owen and they did find him. What a relief it was. All I did was go inside and let them know I couldn t find Owen and they were on there way to find him. I was so grateful. I could go on of the kindness and care. The care was unbelievable. Oh my goodness I was amazed of them caring to give Owen the best care. Thank all of y all very much.

I was very frustrated with my recent visit. The providers were direct, but came off as unfriendly and only there for a job. For reference, our last provider was incredibly kind, supplied our pet with treats, and even sat on the floor to allow our pet to warm up to them. They also spent more time with us to better explain how to use certain medications and were incredibly receptive to our questions. I didn’t get any of this from Loving Touch, which was so disappointing. No matter my questions or suggestions, I felt unheard. My pet was treated as if they would bite or attack, even though they are docile and kind. The providers, except for one male assistant (you were great!), failed to explain any medical terminology, procedures, and necessities and left me feeling lost. I left feeling upset by the lack of care for pets themselves but also for their owners. I probably will not return until there is a change in staffing and procedures.

I do not like that my dog was taken out of the room to get his shots, nails clipped, and ear medicine applied. The room we were in was a big room too. Every vet I’d been to before would do everything in front of me. This gives me piece of mind and makes my dog less stressed.

Everyone here are amazing! I feel well informed about the service being provided for my puppy, I never feel like there a surprise expenses that pop up. I also feel they care for their patients and this makes it easier for me to leave my pup.

I was very pleased with the care Dr. Jeboda gave to my cat, Eric. This was my first visit, and I am grateful I chose Loving Touch Animal Clinic for Eric.

Staff was great as always. I did feel like the facilities were not as clean as they were pre-covid. That would be my only suggestion.

Provider and assistant were super friendly, however I felt like we were being rushed. They were very good to My pet, but I wanted to be there while they were taking blood and flushing his ears so I could actually see if those things were actually done.

No info given that wasn’t asked for. Dr. gave a run down list of things to sell me, (more tests without knowing results of first tests, food, all kinds of things). No discharge paperwork, no information what so ever other than a conversation on the phone where I had to ask a million questions. Had better luck getting more info/help from the pharmacy than the office itself.

Excellent service. Happy to have them care for my fur babies.

I was a bit disappointed with this appointment.

They really didn t seem to know what was wrong with our dog Junior and charged a extreme amount of money for no help or information, he was still getting sick so we had to take him to another vet to see what was wrong with him and by then he was too sick to survive and had to be put down..

It would be nice if they allowed two people to go in with their animal.

First time pet owner. Loving Touch was very helpful with my pup. They answered all my questions and concerns. My pup was well cared for.

You guys are the best Vets and caretakers we could ever ask for! Your entire office is so nice to work with.

Office manager is really understanding of the needs and financial burden some of us have but still love our pets he s always helped where there s need and it shows in the staff which is also outstanding ??
