There s confusion about masks. Website still has mask info on it. Also, are people to stay in their cars and call to let office know you ve arrived or just come in ?

We were very happy with the care given to Boss. Options were explained and I didn’t feel pressured to follow any certain treatment. Dr. Smalls and the vet techs were wonderful! I felt that they really cared. I will recommend LTAC to my friends!

The day after I came in, I received a notification that my dog was due for a shot. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment. Now I can t get back again until next month.

I loved the place and the staff and Dr. Small seemed very knowledgeable about what I was explaining to her and her explaining to me the course we are going to take with Kobe. The only thing negative I would have to say is that the entrance was not very disabled person friendly. I found the door hard to open and when I came in I banged it against the wall. I just don t want to be responsible for fixing a wall or repairing a broken door or glass. If you had a button to push or an automatic door opener that would be great.

The personal care couples with the professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the staff makes the visit very enjoyable

Please consider removing the Covid restrictions. I was made to feel like I was unwelcome, dirty, and a problem by the strict masking and limited access to the facility and personnel. The front entrance looks terrible; it’s very uninviting and makes me wonder what’s going on behind the stop signs and shaded door. The bond of trust and connection is no longer available due to this. I was very disturbed and disappointed by this situation.

Every conversation was about selling a service or care. Titus wasn t a concern.

The girls who I spoke with pertaining to my 2 dogs that they saw and treated. My appointment was over$1000.00 and they misdiagnosed my 2 dogs. I expressed they haven t gotten any better but extremely worse. They had me go in to pay for another medication that also didn t work. Then I had to ask for a follow up appointment because both dogs were extremely worse. The receptionist I first spoke with said it s going to be 37.50 per dog for the follow up appointment. When I called to confirm the appointment that I had to wait 2.5wks for. It was confirmed then I was called back and said it had to be rescheduled for another 2wks.i told her that that is not acceptable, my dogs are in pain she said she emailed me my dogs records. They weren t going to see us anymore. I wasn t emailed their records. 1 of my dogs is going to have to be put down. Due to misdiagnosed and lack of CARE AND CONCERN!!!!! the woman I spoke with who stated she was in charge was trying to charge me the full price for both dogs I told her no, this is a follow up. That s when she sent me their records!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! SOLELY DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SERVICE AND MISDIAGNOSING BOTH DOGS MY 1 HAD TO BEE PUT DOWN!!!!

The staff is wonderful. It was so nice to get a call the next day to see how patches was doing. Dr Jeboda seemed very thorough and I appreciated her call the next day and having her go over Patches bloodwork. Thank you.

N/A, I have been very happy with LTAC!

The staff is very friendly and I always recommend this company but I would like to be able to go in with my animal while they are being evaluated. I was charged a “drop off” fee but wasn’t given the choice to wait or leave while being evaluated.

I would like staff to be mindful about how expensive things are. It often feels like I am being sold stuff without explaining how necessary each component is. Stop making me feel like I am a consumer being sold stuff and more like a real person bringing a patient. Otherwise it s good, staff is helpful, and my cat ends up better eventually.
