I was told I would receive a call back the next day from the provider re: bloodwork results. I didn’t receive a call yesterday or today. I know things get busy so I will try and call the clinic tomorrow.

This was my first visit and I was unaware that I was not allowed in the building. This should have been mentioned in the email confirming my appointment.

I found Loving Touch to be one of the highest rated vets in the area, and was required to set up a patient profile with the vet I wanted my kitten to see within 30 days of adoption. The kitten I adopted lives with another kitten who was showing symptoms of a URI. When I first spoke to a receptionist on the phone, she was very short and not very understanding. When I first called, I explained that my partner had called to schedule an appointment for his new kitten 2 hours earlier, and I was looking to do the same. I kindly explained the kittens are housemates, and we were concerned about some symptoms of a URI for both kittens. When my partner explained the same thing that morning for his kitten, he was spoken to kindly and with understanding by the receptionist, and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The receptionist I spoke to snapped quickly that the first appointment available was in mid-August, that Loving Touch was not an emergency clinic, and that if she talked to the vet they would just tell me to go to the animal hospital. I was shocked at how she spoke to me, and while I understood that Loving Touch was not an emergency clinic, my partner called for the exact same reason 2 hours prior, and was fit into the schedule. I was concerned for my kitten and asked if there was any way the receptionist could check to see if an accommodation would be made. She reluctantly took my information and told me she would check and call back later. I wound up receiving a call later that the two kittens would be seen at the same time without any issue. I was later scared to call back to make an appointment for the kitten s booster shots out of worry that the same receptionist would pick up the phone. Once the kittens were seen, the experience was great, though my scheduling experience was really difficult.

Great service. Professional, friendly, and courteous. Staff and the Vet answered all my questions and explained the entire process of my new puppy’s first vet appointment. Definitely returning patients! Highly recommended!

I bought my Shih Tzu to get his teeth cleaned and to get a Papilloma removed. My dog ends up getting five teeth pulled and no papilloma removed. The grand total was over 700.00. The Doctor did call back the next and said the papilloma can be removed free of charge. WOW!

FANTASTIC JOB!

Peyton is doing really good. But I think it is better if you give us the instructions and say if any problems call us. I got very upset when the Vet kept reading over things that could happen. I don t need for someone to be telling this right after Peyton had surgery. Just tell me if any problems call. And ask me to read the papers. Peyton is doing great but next time I will walk away from someone telling me these things.

Dr. Constantine is so kind, so loving, so patient with our dogs. She is a gifted vet!
