I absolutely LOVE loving touch animal clinic! All of the staff is incredibly nice and both Dr. Constantine and Dr. Smalls are knowledgeable and so loving towards my dog Trixi. I have never seen my dog be so affectionate towards a vet. Don’t get me wrong, she’s still terrified BUT she goes up to the staff who’s working with her at the end of her visit and nuzzles them as if to say, “I forgive you, I know you had to poke me and do those things I don’t like for my own good.” I also appreciate getting the pricing of everything as we go through the visit so I know what to expect at checkout. Thank you for all you do!

I brought my cat in for a second opinion on a previous diagnosis from another vet. Every person we encountered at Loving Touch was kind and professional. The Dr. Smalls and tech Ashley were so loving and wonderful to my cat making sure to keep her stress level low. They took time and talked to my son and I. I will be transferring my cats care to Loving touch for all future routine and non-routine care. I highly recommend Loving Touch Animal Clinic if you want thorough, gentle and loving care for your pet.

I love Loving Touch Animal Clinic. They do such a good jib when Sadie has to have her nails trimmed every month. Dr. Smalls is a terrific vet and I would not take my Sadie to anyone else. The entire staff is terrific as well and meets all of my needs for appointments. They are very cheerful and helpful! Great job everyone!!!

I scheduled my appointment at my last visit, the date I was given a holiday, but I don’t think the person that gave me the date knew it was a holiday. It wasn’t until I received an email asking me to confirm for the day after the holiday that I realized they had made an error. Good thing I was able to rearrange things for the next day.

Josephine is back up and running around the house, eating a few times a day to get her strength back but doing much better.

This was my first visit to your company. My bill was $ 186.99 Paid with visa card. I had to ask for my copy of the visa receipt. Heading home i noticed I was charged $196.99 First visit, over charged. Now i have to check both copys of the invoice, just to make sure I m not being over changed.

two things one nails could have been cut more before the quick two instead of us having to buy more prednisone which we had plenty on hand dosage could have been just told to us
