Everything was great It’s not easy navigating through the pandemic but the staff has done a great job everyone is always so nice

Even under the circumstances of not being able to be with our new puppy for his first visit, we were so happy with our experience. From booking our appointment, to drop off, to pick up, it was a great experience. One of the best experiences I have had with a vet. Will definitely continue to bring all of our animals there! I love this office the staff are great and thoughtful and very good with our pets.

We were picking up medicine for my dogs ear. Since this was during the Covid 19 pandemic we met the tech outside. Every time I’ve been to Loving Touch we received top notch service. Even when my Dakota was having seizures and had to cross the rainbow bridge everyone was kind, caring and compassionate. Thanks

Everything with my appointment went great! However I did ask to get my cat’s nails trimmed and left a notes with my cat’s medical records about getting her nails trimmed and when I got my car back, her nails were not trimmed and I did not get charged for them. I was a bit disappointed that that was missed.

For my and Lucy s first visit, we had the best experience.

Social distancing procedure was great but Phin s parents missed seeing Dr.C! Thanks to all for taking fantastic care of our pups!

Considering the impact of COVID-19 everything went as well as could be. The only issue I had was not being able to be in the room with my pet who I believe would not have needed to be muzzled if I was.

Everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. Definitely please with the customer service.

Wonderful caring team!

I am new to the area with 2 cats who are 1yo. The doctor was EXCELLENT with my one cat who had an ear infection. The pricing is very affordable , the staff genuinely cares and my one cat with the ear infection is healing just fine. I even got a phone call the next morning from the staff making sure my cat was OK. I highly recommend Loving Touch ????
