Very disorganized. Senior citizen not offered a discount. This was my first visit. Was told I should have asked for discount. Very little feedback from the doctor after being charged for physical exam and requesting meds for anxiety.

It was Tucker’s first time seeing dr Jeboda and she is awesome! She spent time talking to me about and listening to any concerns I had which is so important. All of the staff is so great with my big nervous baby!

I loved getting updated on my dog, and they were very nice! I love that they allowed my dog to stay until my fiance was able to pick her up after work... very convenient!

Thank you for everything! My dog used to HATE going to the vet and I can honestly say she knows you guys are there to help. She might be reluctant to go, but I’ve seen her give both dr. Constantine and dr smalls kisses at the end of her visit. Thanks for caring about Trixi the way I care about her

It’s hard to complete when I wasn’t there, but I chose to drop her off. I’m used to phone calls with telehealth and all. I got follow up call next day. Good.

My new puppy was so well taken care of! The staff was incredible and so helpful with all of my questions. My puppy had such a positive experience that I know he won’t be nervous to go back to the Vet! Thank you Loving Touch!

I was so happy that you were able to see my dog on short notice. I called you because my regular vet was not available and in the past my dog received a vaccine from you at Camp Bowwow. I was satisfied with the drop off process and the phone process but, sadly, it appears that attention to basic detail is lacking. When I looked at the prescription I received, the instructions on the bottle were different than the instructions I received on the phone. When I called, it turned out the directions on the bottle were incorrect. Unfortunately, this lack of attention to detail means I will not be returning and I will also not be getting any more of your services through Camp Bowwow.

Our experience at Loving Touch Animal Clinic was amazing! Everyone was extremely kind, listened to our concerns, and even called the next day to see how our puppy is doing. Needless to say, we will be switching to Loving Touch permanently!

This is a GREAT Vet service and Sadie loves Dr. Smalls and her staff. They take excellent care of her when she has an appointment or just a nail trim. Dr. Smalls is the best Vet there is! We love her and her staff. I have recommended Loving Touch to all of my friends. Great Job!
