Everything, from making an appointment to paying the bill, went smoothly. Everyone I have dealt with at this office has been professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant.

Just had our dog s nails cut. We got there, called the man (didn t get his name) came out took Jack inside within minutes he brought him back to us, we paid then went home. Actually it was quicker than normal.

First time there.Did not get a chance to see Doctor.I know why though.You should put up a picture of the doctors.Just a thought

I only gave 4 stars for the easy to be seen question bc I had to book an appointment very far in advance to be seen. But I understand this may be due to spacing of appointments bc of Covid. Staff was very friendly and easy to ask questions to. One of my favorite vets so far!

Never went into the facility so I can not answer the last question. I was impressed that the clinic called back twice the next day to see how Turf was doing. Since you weren t able to collect a urine sample, you gave me the tray with the syringe. I will see how successful I am in collecting it! You are definitely a 5 star facility!

Very friendly staff and the Dr. is great. Took time to explain my dogs test results. They seem to care very much for the animals they take care.

It doesn’t designate what the rating scale is. Morky and Misty’s OV have always had number10+ Card and love. we Mum and Dad and pups love our Dr Julianne. She saved Morky’s life when she first saw him with surgeries, then 3 yrs later quickly sent him to a specialist at the internal ER CTR. when she saw the need. He’s now doing so much better. We feel fortunate to have her. By the way she truly loves her patients. ????????
