Everyone was great, very helpful. However, when I was given the antibiotic for Mugsy, I was given a spoon instead of a syringe, I called and spoke with Lindsey, she was very helpful, I drove back over the next day to pickup the syringe.

Everyone treated us great. They answered all questions my husband and I had. We had to be seen in between the surgery and post op & they got us right in at no charge to make sure our dog didn’t have a post op issue. They have never failed to make me feel like they love our dog. Highly recommend

Very disorganized. Senior citizen not offered a discount. This was my first visit. Was told I should have asked for discount. Very little feedback from the doctor after being charged for physical exam and requesting meds for anxiety.

It was Tucker’s first time seeing dr Jeboda and she is awesome! She spent time talking to me about and listening to any concerns I had which is so important. All of the staff is so great with my big nervous baby!

I loved getting updated on my dog, and they were very nice! I love that they allowed my dog to stay until my fiance was able to pick her up after work... very convenient!

I was so happy that you were able to see my dog on short notice. I called you because my regular vet was not available and in the past my dog received a vaccine from you at Camp Bowwow. I was satisfied with the drop off process and the phone process but, sadly, it appears that attention to basic detail is lacking. When I looked at the prescription I received, the instructions on the bottle were different than the instructions I received on the phone. When I called, it turned out the directions on the bottle were incorrect. Unfortunately, this lack of attention to detail means I will not be returning and I will also not be getting any more of your services through Camp Bowwow.
