I think any customer would love to talk to the dr or manager about the visit . Because the tech has to go n ask the vet what we have to say. I asked to talked to the vet they told me no she was to busy with other customers. understandable. But I am the patients mom. I understand i was fitted in. I m so appreciate. But I needed my mind some kind of ease. Thank you for what you do
