I was very pleased with my visit. As stated when I called I had gone to hometown in oconto falls and wasn’t necessarily pleased. Ziggy’s vet was wonderful and I don’t feel as tho he was being man handled . I understand that u’s were the 2nd vet I brought him to but I honestly feel oconto falls did a wayyyyyyy to hands on vet with ziggy. Kudos to to all the staff I am pleasantly pleased. Keep up the good work

We switched from a different vet over a year ago & couldn’t be more pleased!! The staff is wonderful and my dogs no longer seem to have the anxiety they did at the previous vet. So happy we made the switch!

Unfortunately our visit was an emergency and our poor Mumzie had too much going on to fix her. Your doctor explained everything so well and helped us understand and make the only possible decision no matter how difficult it was for us. Your staff was very caring and sensitive to our grief. The visit was awesome. I was very pleased with the service and the care we received. My one issue was the information I received in my initial phone call to make our appointment. There was pricing information left out and inaccurate shots/surgery time line information given. Everything worked out, I was just a bit shocked with the cost at checkout, but pleasantly surprised with our surgery date.
