Couldn t get in sooner to have pet looked at for an ear infection and eye discharge, but it was just after a holiday weekend.

let owners come inside to the appointment and not wait in the car. if you want have them wear a mask. you could even do the checkin from the car and when its time for the appointment let us come in. you could limit to 1 person. i want to be there with and for my dog

I loved the vet I worked with. He wasn’t pushy on a ton of tests for my older dog and made me feel like he really cared about my dog. She came out happy and wasn’t all freaked out like in the past. I’ve never gone to any other vet, but have felt a little pushed in the past. I hope to have my dog go to this vet for all future appts.

There was a lack of communication and a dose of med was switched causing my dog to not be sedated for his appointment therefore my concern of his mouth was not addressed. The doctor was difficult to get a hole of for questions. The office staff was amazing as always and were patient and understanding with my concerns! Much appreciated at the time

The only thing I noticed was that I was asked on the phone if you could give my dog treats and then she was being better than usual and wasn t offered any. It would have been nice for her to be rewarded for being good.

Dr Heather was my dog’s vet. I don’t know the past history of my dog. I got him from a rescue. He has trust issues and it’s been over 6 months since I got him and he’s just now starting to trust me and that’s just a little it. She just can’t lunge in with a needle to draw blood or whatever else. I was surprised she didn’t warm up to him and let him get used to her. Like petting him, giving treats and such. She gave up to easily. My dog has to have persistent and consistent. He will give in eventually snd it will be easier next time. Can’t just try once for two seconds and then say it’s not going to happen, we’ll try again next time. Come back another time.

Our experience was very good

Customer service has been slowly declining for the last year or so but our last visit has left us looking for a new vet after more than ten years of loyalty. This last visit, I called to say that my husband was waiting in the parking lot because he’d been trying to call for about 20mins and it was now past his appointment time. He was worried that they would assume he didn’t show. The woman on the line simply replied, “Yeah, I get it. We’re busy. I’ll call him.” And then hung up on me. I wasn’t even sure if she had his number but she never did call him. Then he came up to the door and buzzed for someone and was met, once again, with completely unprovoked attitude. My husband and I both work in customer service and make it a point to be kind and reasonable to other customer service workers. At no point were we displaying any kind of tone or attitude that would make this behavior appropriate in any type of way. I cannot have children. My dogs are my babies. I am horrified to send them into a building by themselves with people who can’t even treat one another with decency, much less an animal who can’t talk back.

Love your clinic. You exceeded my expectations.

Listen and believe the owner s concern. Don t be dismissive.

It was nice to be able to get in but my dog now gets severe anxiety going alone inside.

My iPad wouldn’t allow me to click on the stars but I will say they are all 5 plus. Your staff is always friendly and compassionate. Your doctors are exceptionally empathetic and caring and I will always feel good about putting my animals in their care. Thank you

I was more than pleased with the care that my cat and I received. I was very pleased with everything especially the knowledge and concern of Dr. Brad. I appreciate the clinic getting me in early because I was very concerned about my cat. A big thank you to all.
