Can’t say the office was clean b/c I didn’t go inside but it always has been in the past. I wouldn’t bring my pet anywhere else. You guys are always the best! Thank you for caring about our pets.

I know that Covid has changed a lot of things but I didn’t like handing my puppy over and then having the vet call me, I couldn’t see what was happening, I couldn’t hear very well, the vet didn’t really do a play by play of what was happening, I heard overall my puppy is healthy and the vet and assistant just saying his name and good boy over and over again, I trust they did what they charged me for but I really wish I could have been allowed in, I would have worn a mask without complaining.

My pet and I have gone to Pulaski Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years now. I m always satisfied with the care they provide. The only issue I have is that I m not allowed into the clinic with my dog still due to COVID-19. My dog is currently going through a health scare and I m terrified and only want to be with her. I feel there should be exceptions on this rule. We ve worked with Dr. Brad and I was very satisfied with his communication and explanations.

Dr. Brad was excellent. He was very thorough in his exam of my dog’s ears and told me the ingredient in her ear infection medication that might have caused the loss of hearing. He is very easy to talk to and explains things clearly. He also was very caring towards my dog as he always was when he treated her at his previous location. I highly recommend Dr. Brad!
