Love coming to this clinic. They always treat my dog kindly and respectfully. They knew how to treat the issues that we had and I felt like they knew what they were doing. I know my dog is in good hands when I visit this clinic!

Our first interaction during our visit today was excellent! Dr. Brad and the tech made us feel comfortable and relaxed about our puppy’s situation, which is valuable to us! Nala felt comfortable there too; they were each gentle, loving and caring! Lifelong vet!

We had our first puppy appointment and I think it would be nice to have received some educational information to cover basic puppy topics to refer to at home. We read many books/ articles but I would appreciate to have the highlights of what our vet recommends.

My only suggestion would be, that you use in conjunction with conventional medicine practices, a more holistic natural approach and methods for the growing number of customers who are trying to avoid as much as possible—harmful drugs and products that have harmful ingredients. There are many brands nowadays that are such a higher quality, that do not contain the carcinogenic and just plain bad-for-health ingredients that ‘natural’ customers will be willing to pay for. It goes along with that Hippocratic Oath that human doctors vow that goes something like: “First, Do No Harm”. It doesn’t make sense to use poisons to cure an ailment unless absolutely necessary in some cases where there is no natural alternative. So other than that, I enjoy your help and genuine concern for my dog.????

Dr. Bruno is great and all staff that I interacted with were great. Winston loves trip to the vet, it is his Cheers where everyone knows his name!-he loves you all!!
