I have taken my cats to Noah s for years. Wait times used to be excessive, inconvenient, and annoying. The past several times we ve been to Noah s has been much improved. I don t know what changed, but please keep it up!

Without sugar coating, Noah s Westside Animal Shelter saved my kitten s life. I rushed her to this location after her health rapidly declined over a matter of few days before her original scheduled vet appointment at another clinic. The only downside was the wait time before actually seeing the doctor, I was there a total of 5 hours- but that s to be expected with an abrupt walk-in. They stabilized her, gave her fluids, and anti-nausea treatment as well as other medications. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for doctor Otto and her tech, Julie, who sent me home with a free package of wet food and demonstrating how to give my kitten her fluids with a syringe at home. They also helped work around my budget and saved me $100. Thank you, truly, for having the same passion and love for my cat as I do.

Would like to compliment the Dr that did Sugars surgery. Very kind and professional. And also, Jill, that gave me the medications and answered all my questions and walked us to my car to send us on our way!! A very caring girl that I could tell loved my furbaby

Let s just say there were a few hiccups. After a long wait while staff was trying to get my cat s blood drawn, with no success, I had to remind them of the flea/tick preventative. Then, after I was home, I received a call that I needed to come back in because they didn t give my cat the suggested antibiotic shot. This is a very busy, and friendly clinic. It is hard to get appointments. Frustrated, I left without getting a follow-up scheduled. However, we all have bad days. I will return again.

When speaking with the staff, I felt like I had to fight to have my perspective heard. The veterinarian was much easier to speak with.

The Friday night person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was calling to see if the doctor had forgotten to return my call from earlier in the day. She felt the need to tell me I was wasting their time and didn’t have an emergency. That I could come in if I wanted to wait 6-8 hours. However Morgan did return my call on Saturday morning and was lovely as well as the doctor on Saturday was fantastic. I did turn out my dog did have a new infection as did need a med change.
